As part of its ongoing faculty development policy, SZABIST organised a Workshop on "Faculty Professional Development" from December 10-18, 2012. The aim of the workshop is to improve the teaching and classroom management skills among the faculty. Two modules Academic Planning and Management and Microteaching were covered in this workshop.

These modules of Master Trainers-Faculty Professional Development Programme were initiated by Learning Innovative Division-Higher Education Commission (LID-HEC). Two SZABIST faculty members, Zaki Rashidi and Ms Dania Majeed acted as resource persons. Participants in the workshop also included faculty members from Iqra University, Institute of Business Management and Bahria University.-PR
